Buni i Bajraktari is located in Theth, 17 km from Thethi National Park, in an area where you can enjoy “hiking”. Nature makes this restaurant one of the most typical places where you can enjoy the specimen of meat, bio meat of the area’s cattle. The meat in this restaurant is served roasted in the wood, on the rooftop or in the barbeque bar. Also this environment offers the possibility to enjoy the dry meat prepared in this area. Roast beef and the pastry (dry meat) – the first is cooked with lamb or goat kid, as the livestock must be small and moist, while the dry meat is prepared as winter prawns, since these are isolated from the snow. This cooking remains a tradition in the Albanian Alps.
